This role requires a balance of leadership process oversight and hands-on support. The ideal candidate will foster a positive customer-centric approach while ensuring operational efficiency and compliance with internal standards.Location:Onsite in Arlington VA (or surrounding areas within a commutable distance)Schedule:On-site MondayFriday9:00 AM5:00 PMPay and Benefits:Salary Range: $$65000-$75000per year depending on experience and qualificationsMedical Dental and Vision benefits available401(k) available with company matchPaid holidaysPaid Vacation TimeJob Responsibilities:SupervisorySupervise and support a team of Collections Analysts providing guidance and coaching to ensure high-quality customer interactions.Monitor daily workflows call volumes and account updates tomaintainproductivity and accuracy.Serve as an escalation point for complex or sensitive customer situations applying strong de-escalation and problem-solving skills.Collaborate with operations and other internal stakeholders to refine processes and share account information.Track performance metrics and provide regular reporting to management.Assistin developing and adjusting strategies as the team pivots toward more effective approaches.Ensure adherence to company policies andmaintaina professional customer-first tone in all communications.AnalyticalProactively reach out to customers via phone/emailregardingpast-due accounts.Communicate payment options andassistcustomers in resolving outstanding balances.Maintainaccuraterecords of all interactions and account updates in internal systems.Identifyand escalate complex issues while working toward amicable resolutions.Screenings Requested:You may receive requests for background checks and/or drug screeningregardingthis employment opportunity.
