Information can be found at Qualifications:MD or DO degree with completed residency in Family Medicine Internal Medicine Adolescent Medicine Emergency Medicine or relative specialtyExperience providing clinical assessment and treatment for acute illnesses injuries chronic problems preventive care and health counseling in an ambulatory settingCommitment to health promotion and primary careInterest in teaching and trainingMD or DO Wisconsin medical license or eligible to become licensed by the appointment start dateBoard Certification in Primary Specialty required.
