This role is responsible for monitoring business metrics responding to any shifts in business trends and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely insights and continuous improvement.Essential DutiesInclude but are not limited to the following:Monitor key performance indicators and identify trends risks and opportunities.Collaborate with analytics teams to assist in developing dashboards and reporting tools.Help coordinate response efforts to address operational and business needs.Support governance processes by preparing materials.Contribute to the development of best practices in business monitoring and response.Stay informed on industry trends and tools in data analytics and operational performance.Develop and maintain trusting and effective partnerships and successfully collaborate with internal stakeholders at all levels to include Customer and Digital Experience Market Access Revenue Cycle IT Marketing Commercial and Health Systems / HIT.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.Ability to adapt to a quickly changing work environment with rapidly-changing needs and requests.Uphold company mission and values through accountability innovation integrity quality and teamwork.Support and comply with the companys Quality Management System policies and procedures.Maintain regular and reliable attendance.Ability to act with an inclusion mindset and model these behaviors for the organization.Ability to work on a mobile device tablet or in front of a computer screen and/or perform typing for approximately 70% of a typical working day.Ability to travel 10% of working time away from work location; may include overnight/weekend travel.Minimum QualificationsBachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field; or an Associates degree and 2 years of related experience; or a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 4 years of related experience.Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs such as Word Excel PowerPoint and Outlook.Demonstrated ability to perform the essential duties of the position with or without accommodation.Applicants must be currently authorized to work in country where work will be performed on a full or part-time basis.
