Make good and timely decisions that keep the organization moving forward.Talkdesker: YOU!The Commercial Account Executive role focuses exclusively on formulating and building a sales strategy within an assigned territory resulting in revenue growth and new customer acquisition. You will report into a Sales Director working in a small tight knit team.Responsibilities:Identify qualify and close a sales pipeline (100% net new logos)Prospect into CTOs Engineering/IT Leaders & technical end-usersBuild relationships that result in growth opportunitiesPartner with our Solution Engineers and utilize the village throughout the sales cycleParticipate in our sales enablement trainingsBusiness deal-making capability and the ability to ferret out opportunities create relationships find the hidden issues during due diligence and bring the transaction to closure.Demonstrated track record in planning and implementation of new business activity involving new technologyRequired Experience:5 years of experience growing revenues to a substantial level and scale bookings growth and net-new customer2-4 years of experience in sales functions - preferably 2 years in SaaS related salesBachelors degree or equivalent experienceWillingness and ability to travel up to 50% of the timeConsistent track record of quota achievement in the SaaS industry closing deals exceeding $50k ARRExperienced in selling SaaS-based solutions managing complex sales practices and solution-based selling to CXO senior management and director-level individualsProficient with web-based demo software and toolsStellar work ethic passion for closing and exceptional driveStrategic thinker with the ability to execute both short-term and long-term sales plansStrong interpersonal skills and willingness to excel in a team-oriented atmosphereStrong planning writing presentation and communication skillsPay Range (OTE): $170000 - $220000Other Types of Pay:Based on level and role the employee may be eligible for long term incentives in the form of equity and short term incentives of either bonus or commission.Health Insurance:Medical Dental Vision Life and Disability Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP).Retirement Benefits:401(k) planPaid Time Off:Talkdesk offers an uncapped paid time off program subject to manager approval and consistent with business needs.Paid Holidays: Talkdesk offers 14 paid holidays each year.Paid Sick Leave:Employees have uncapped paid time off subject to manager approval and consistent with business needs.Method of Application:Apply online.Application Window: The application window is expected to close at least 5 days from the posting date.
