Job Description
We're looking for a Commercial Account Manager to join Procore's Sales team. In this role you'll serve as the main point of contact for existing strategic mid-size accounts while also leveraging your understanding of Procore's products and processes to maximize renewals and expansion. You'll collaborate with Customer Success, other Sales members, and Solution Specialists to maintain and expand our customer revenue base.This position his hybrid and has an in-office expectation to our Toronto, CAN office. We're looking for someone to come in office 2 days a week and to join our team immediately!What you'll do:Serve as the main point of contact for your geographic based territory by preserving and developing the customer relationship, highlighting the value of Procore and its product suite, and deepening the customer's attachment to ProcoreWork cross functionally with Inside Sales Reps, Product Solution Specialists, and Customer Success Engineers to drive product adoption, ensure customer retention, drive increased spend on existing products (upsell), and lead attachment to new products (cross-sell)Research accounts, identify key champions, generate interest, and obtain business requirementsMaintain accurate and up-to-date forecasts; provide sales management with reports on sales activities and projects as requestedPursue and increase knowledge of key competitors to ensure that our value proposition is effectively communicated to customersManage and maintain accurate leads, opportunities, and account information within Salesforce.comAchieve or exceed monthly and quarterly targetsCoordinate internal resources to solve client's issues and execution of service agreementsPeriodic travel to client onsite visitsWhat we're looking for:BA/BS or equivalent experience preferred5+ years of demonstrated successful software sales, preferably B2BExperience using a consultative, solution-based sales methodology desiredProven record of success in an inside sales based selling modelAbility and resilience to work in a fast-paced sales environmentAbility to develop trusted relationshipsPost-sale revenue expansion experience preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office products and online collaboration toolsExperience with CRM and opportunity management systems, preferably Salesforce.comProven ability to develop and manage pipeline and forecastingAdditional InformationBase Pay Range:74,400.00 - 102,300.00 CAD AnnualOn Target Earning Range:124,000.00 - 170,500.00 CAD AnnualThis role may also eligible for Equity Compensation. Procore is committed to offering competitive, fair, and commensurate compensation, and has provided an estimated pay range for this role.
