Job DescriptionJob Title: Commercial Auto Adjuster Bodily Injury (B/I)Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced and detail-orientedCommercial Auto Adjusterwith a focus onBodily Injury (B/I)claims to join our claims this role you will be responsible for investigating evaluating and resolving complex commercial auto claims involving bodily injury while delivering exceptional customer service. Our ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative and dynamic environment and is committed to ensuring fair and timely claims resolution.ResponsibilitiesClaims Handling: Investigate and manage a caseload of commercial auto bodily injury claims from initial report to resolution ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.Evaluation & Settlement: Review medical records accident reports and other relevant documentation to assess liability and damages; negotiate claim settlements in an equitable and efficient manner.Customer Interaction: Communicate with claimants policyholders attorneys medical professionals and other parties involved in a professional and empathetic manner creating positive experiences for all.Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of claim activities including investigative notes reports and settlement information.Litigation Support: Collaborate with litigation teams in cases where claims escalate to lawsuits providing necessary documentation and professional recommendations.Compliance: Stay updated on applicable laws and regulations related to claims and insurance practices ensuring adherence to internal and external guidelines.Team Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with colleagues in underwriting risk management and other departments to support organizational goals and improve claims service offerings.Qualifications/Requirements3 years of experience handling bodily injury claims preferably within commercial auto insurance. Claims Adjuster license required.Proficiency in claims management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
