Successful candidates will be energetic, flexible, responsible, and eager to participate in a team environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating the leasing process, managing prospective tenants, and ensuring a positive renting experience. With strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach, the Leasing Specialist will contribute to maximizing occupancy rates and providing exceptional customer service.Qualifications:- Experience preferred but not required.
