Job DescriptionJob DescriptionWe're looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager (APM) to join our Special Projects team, focusing on tenant upfits and fast-paced interiors work. You'll support project managers with submittals, procurement, and administrative coordination - playing a key role in helping projects run smoothly from kickoff to closeout.What You'll Do:Assist with project administration, submittals, and document trackingCoordinate procurement and manage material logisticsSupport communication with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teamsHelp ensure deadlines and quality standards are met across multiple jobsWhat We're Looking For:A strong work ethic and "figure it out" mindset - attitude is everything1–3 years of experience in construction, ideally on interiors or special projectsBackground as a Project Engineer at a GC or construction firm is a plusStrong organizational skills and attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Procore or similar platforms a plusBachelor's degree preferred but not requiredWhy Join Us?You'll be part of a nimble, supportive team where you can learn quickly, grow your career, and see your work make a visible impact.
