Responsibilities:Oversee daily construction activities ensuring all tasks are executed safely and following the project plan and quality standardsCoordinate construction schedules ensuring the timely completion of projects.Lead and coordinate the efforts of subcontractors tradespeople and construction teamsRegularly inspecting ongoing work ensuring adherence to architectural and engineering specificationsImplement and monitor safety protocols ensuring a safe working environment for all on-site personnelAct as the main point of contact on-site for clients updating them on project progress and addressing any concernsMaintain accurate records of construction progress including daily reports equipment logs and personnel recordsQuickly address and resolve on-site issues such as delays supply shortages or design changes minimizing disruption to the project timelineQualifications:3 years experience as a construction superintendent or similar role in commercial constructionIn-depth understanding of construction procedures materials and project management principles specifically for ground-up new commercial construction projectsBachelors degree in Construction Management or related field preferredOSHA 30-hour certification First Aid/CPR and other relevant certifications are highly preferredProficient in construction management software Microsoft Office Suite and blueprint readingStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detailSalary and Benefits:Starting salary at $85000 - $95000 per year commensurate with experience401k Retirement Plan with employer contributions & profit sharingPaid Holidays and PTOHealth Insurance with employer contributionsRequired Experience:Manager Key Skills Construction Experience,ProCore,Microsoft Outlook,Prolog,Cost Control,Construction Management,Renovation,OSHA,Project Management Software,Microsoft Project,Supervising Experience,Contracts Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Yearly Salary Salary: 85000 - 95000
