Job Details Our Construction Company, a leader in Commercial Construction, is seeking a highly experienced Superintendent to oversee and drive the success of diverse Commercial Construction projects. From Retail and Grocery Spaces to Industrial and Office Developments, you will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet our exceptional standards of quality. If you're ready to lead with precision and innovation, this role is for you! Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage commercial tenant improvement and ground-up construction projects. Proactively schedule subcontractors to maintain or exceed project timelines. Ensure adherence to health and safety standards on-site. Interpret and implement project plans and layouts accurately. Coordinate daily tasks according to priorities and plans, making adjustments as necessary. Maintain clear communication with clients, subcontractors, and project teams. Identify and address potential issues proactively to ensure smooth project execution. Handle multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail and organization. Promote and represent BSM Construction, Inc.'s core values professionally. Requirements/Qualifications: Must have 5+ years experience as a Superintendent, specific to tenant improvement and retail construction. Extensive knowledge of ADA interior and site requirements. Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical plans. Proven experience in managing subcontractors and project schedules. Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage large or multiple projects simultaneously. Physical ability to navigate construction sites.
