Our client, a national leader in commercial title and escrow services, is seeking a Commercial Underwriting Counsel to provide underwriting guidance and support on complex real estate transactions. This role is ideal for a commercial real estate attorney or experienced title underwriter who enjoys applying legal analysis to real estate matters, solving problems in real time, and partnering with internal teams and clients to deliver best-in-class service. The successful candidate will bring strong judgment, customer-centric communication skills, and the ability to manage a diverse pipeline of commercial transactions while applying underwriting standards and company guidelines.
