Job DescriptionGeneral Summary:The Commercial Data Management Associate Director serves as the Lead for the Global Healthcare Entity Master (GHEM) Data Management and Quality Ad Hoc and Recurrent Analytics and Field Performance Measurement and Reporting across our disease areas.Key Duties and Responsibilities:Acts as an advisor and coach for and collaborates with the governance team(s)Maintains data governance standards policies and proceduresMonitors data quality scorecardsManages data services vendorsTrains internal teams on processes and procedures including the CRM applicationCollaborates with Global Information Systems (GIS) team regarding implementation of fixes and enhancementsPartners with Sales and Marketing teams to manage and administer content update requestsManages HCP-to-Center affiliations and master data attributesCreate reports and dashboardsManages the mobile analytics applicationManages the commercial data warehouse (CDW) - vendor communication business rules and data sourcesManages data aggregation vendor communication business rules and data sourcesManages patient transaction master data fileMonitors data supplier quality - accuracy timeliness and completenessReviews data quality scorecards in collaboration with Trade team partnersCoordinates sourcing of commercial data - enforces single version of truthPartners with Forecasting & Analytics team to deliver weekly performance content to commercial leadership teamResponds to ad hoc data inquiries from internal stakeholdersManages mobile iPad sales performance applicationCoordinates delivery of reports to Sales and Marketing teamsResponds to field inquiries and investigationsTrains field force teams on reports and business acumen regarding analyticsCreates HCP and treatment center segmentationEnsures data accuracy and completenessOwns data library and data governance standards policies and proceduresData library and governance ownershipKnowledge and Skills:Experience with data vendors external customers and field teamsExtensive knowledge of master data management (MDM) processesStrong familiarity with CRM especially Salesforce and VeevaSignificant experience with query tools (MicroStrategy Tableau Excel) against a database to analyze data quality and contentKnowledge of data warehouse architecture data modeling and data integration techniques on platforms such as Oracle Snowflake DatabricksExperience with data vendors external customers and field teamsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Access PowerPointStrong analytical problem solving and communication skills including ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organizationEducation and Experience:Bachelors Degree requiredTypically requires 6-8 years of direct experience with pharmaceutical data; sourcing integration analysis and reportingPay Range:$151300 - $227000Disclosure Statement:The range provided is based on what we believe is a reasonable estimate for the base salary pay range for this job at the time of posting. This role is eligible for an annual bonus and annual equity awards. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay in accordance with federal and state requirements.
