As a Managed Service Provider we specialize in Content Management Systems (CMS) like Drupal and WordPress the Atlassian toolset DevOps tools and IT administration - all in the private or public cloud.The Commercial Delivery Leader role will work within the Professional Services department helping to drive all commercial business and revenue. The Delivery Leader will work with a team of Project and Program Managers to ensure milestones are being achieved revenue goals for projects are defined and met and resources are allocated according to projects which are starting in progress or offboarding. This role will report directly to the Executive Vice President of Professional Services.Responsibilities: Actively drives business in Commercial projects including forming and building relationships with existing and new clientsProvides World Class Customer experience distributes and manages NPS Communicates across Commercial projects to ensure milestones and financial objectives are metBuilds revenue and resource allocation reports communicates reports to the Senior Leadership TeamBuilds a Case study and Reference Library using ConfluenceEnsures P&L objectives are met using Jira and other tools as directedBuilding a positive and engaged Consulting teamCoordinate with sales support to determine new projects starting and understand / agree upon timeframesResponsible for delivery of client services and supportQualifications: Bachelors Degree in Management CS MIS or related field with a minimum of 5 years experience in managementStrong experience with financial forecasting and portfolio managementExperience implementing the Atlassian Tools across multiple environments including Cloud Migrations and ESM / ITSM implementations. Strong experience working across Commercial accounts. Ability to drive business and revenue across multiple projectsStrong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work with cross-functional teamsExcellent problem-solving skills organization and process implementation skillsContegixprofessionals are committed to excellence.
