Are you looking to build a dynamic career in biotechnology Our Commercial Development Program (CDP) is a two-year full-time rotational opportunity designed for ambitious professionals ready to grow their careers by gaining deep practical experience across two essential pillars of our commercial organization: Field Sales and Product Marketing.Over the course of two 12-month rotations CDP participants will gain invaluable real-world experience navigating the complexities of the biotech industryfrom engaging healthcare professionals in the field to executing marketing plans that support innovative therapies. This immersive program offers:Broad exposure across our US Commercial BusinessA foundation in core capabilities including communication cross-functional collaboration and project managementOpportunities to work on high-impact activities with teams across sales and marketingStarting from day one participants will be introduced to the many nuances and complexities of our organization and asked to think creatively and independently.
