Higher close rates and larger deals increase earnings significantly.Daily RoutineDrive to one high-density commercial area park once then walk 4-6 hours prospecting 10-15 commercial properties on foot. Commercial properties cluster in business districts - you saturate one area per day.Mileage reimbursement: Business travel between properties only.
