Our Energy & Commercial Division handles some of the most complex and high-value deals in the country, including renewable energy infrastructure and large-scale commercial developments.We are looking for a Commercial Escrow Officer with deep experience in managing commercial real estate closings. This role is ideal for a motivated, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and values autonomy, precision, and accountability.ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of the commercial escrow process from opening to disbursementReview and interpret purchase contracts, title commitments, and closing instructionsPrepare escrow agreements, closing statements (HUD/CD), and settlement documentsCoordinate with clients, lenders, attorneys, underwriters, and title examinersEnsure clear title and resolve curative issues quickly and professionallyHandle high-volume, multi-party, and multi-state transactions with confidenceOversee escrow funds, wires, and final disbursementMaintain file compliance with internal controls, ALTA Best Practices, and state/federal regulationsProvide status updates to clients and internal teams; escalate issues as neededQualifications5+ years of experience in commercial escrow/title, ideally with national transactionsProven expertise with title clearing, endorsements, and complex closingsFamiliarity with escrow software (e.g., SoftPro, RamQuest, ResWare, or Qualia)Strong working knowledge of ALTA, HUD, and real estate finance documentsClear communicator with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detailComfortable working independently with minimal supervisionLicensed Escrow Officer or Notary (where required by state)Bachelor's degree in business, real estate, or related field preferred What We OfferAmTrust Financial Services offers a competitive compensation package and excellent career advancement opportunities.
