Position Overview

Triad Financial Services is focused on delivering a smooth, faster, community-friendly experience. If you're motivated, detail-obsessed, and excited about helping communities create rental portfolios, you'll fit right in. This is an in-office position.

Essential Functions:

Develop a deep understanding of TFS policies, processes and procedures related to lines of credit and how they are applied within the Solifi software platform

Own a pipeline of rental loan conversion requests from closing through funding

Review borrower eligibility and ensure all files meet program and credit guidelines

Partner closely with underwriting and the community teams to obtain updated information, resolve conditions, and keep files moving

Communicate proactively with communities and internal partners regarding status, needed items and next steps

Review inventory audit reports daily and take prompt action on any findings

Foster strong relationships with the communities and our internal partners to support a smooth conversion process

Identify workflow improvements and contribute to enhancing the overall conversion experience

Responsible for preparing all closing documentation and accurately fund each loan within the Solifi platform


Minimum Qualifications:

Experience in lending, mobile home finance, or loan operations

Ability to manage a high-volume workflow with strong attention to detail

Preferred: 2 years of prior work experience in financial services industry

Hands-on problem solver who strives to keep deals moving forward

Strong troubleshooter who jumps in, diagnoses problems fast, and drive timely solutions


Physical Demand:

Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.

Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards

Must be able to talk, listen and speak clearly on telephone

Able to sit at a work station for prolonged periods of time

Must be able to physically type
