Commercial HVAC Installer at A Durer (ADI)

Position Summary We are currently seeking a full-time HVAC installer with a solid understanding of industry-standard HVAC codes practices. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, self-motivated, and capable of solving problems in the field. Applicants must be able to read blueprints and project specifications and be comfortable with installations of ductwork, equipment, and refrigerant piping.

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $21.00 - $27.00 per hour
• Schedule: Monday to Friday (8-hour shifts)
• Job Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Interpret and work from blueprints and job specifications.
• Install ductwork systems using both slip and drive, flanged, and welded connections in a variety of materials (galvanized, aluminum, black steel).
• Install a variety of HVAC equipment (packaged rooftop units, exhaust fans, makeup air units, kitchen hoods, modular air handlers, VRF systems, etc.).
• Adhere to national and local HVAC codes and safety standards.
• Collaborate with other trades on-site to ensure project success.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of HVAC experience (5 years preferred).
• Licensing: Valid driver's license required.
• Commute: Ability to commute to Morgantown, WV 26505 is required.
• Familiarity with local and national HVAC codes and ordinances.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in team environments.
