The Commercial HVAC&R Technician plays a crucial role in maintaining and servicing heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems in commercial settings. This position requires a skilled professional adept at diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring optimal system functionality while prioritizing safety and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC&R system malfunctions and inefficiencies
- Perform repairs and routine maintenance on commercial HVAC&R equipment
- Conduct testing and inspections to ensure systems meet operational standards
- Provide responsive customer support and communicate technical information clearly
- Maintain accurate documentation of service activities and system conditions
- Implement system upgrades to improve performance and energy efficiency
- Adhere strictly to safety procedures and regulatory standards during all tasks
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in commercial HVAC&R systems
