INC., is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician with 4+ years of

field experience to join our growing team. We are looking for a motivated technician with strong troubleshooting skills, professionalism, and the ability to independently diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC equipment
• Service rooftop package units, split systems, furnaces, heat pumps, and controls
• Perform preventive maintenance and startup procedures
• Read wiring diagrams and use electrical meters confidently
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly to customers and office staff
• Complete service tickets and documentation accurately
• Maintain truck inventory and company tools
• Follow company SOPs and safety procedures

Requirements:
4+ years commercial HVAC service experience
Strong electrical and refrigeration troubleshooting skills
Experience with RTUs, economizers, gas heat, and control systems
EPA Certification required
Valid driver's license with a clean record
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience:

• Building automation or controls experience
• Experience with national accounts and commercial facilities
• Familiarity with wireless controls, such as Pelican systems
