Who We're Looking For:

We're looking for a seasoned HVAC technician with 3-5+ years of hands-on experience who's ready to take the next step in their career. This isn't just another service tech job - this is a chance to become a go-to expert on the specialty HVAC products we represent.

You should have a strong foundation in commercial HVAC systems, a knack for troubleshooting, and the drive to become the local authority on high-end lines like Daikin, Lennox, Marley, and others. If you're the kind of technician who's always the one others call for answers - and you're ready to take ownership of your craft - we want to hear from you.

This role offers the opportunity to grow into a product specialist or lead technician role, with access to manufacturer training, direct factory support, and a team that backs you 100%.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour
