Commercial Hvac Technician at ProTrade LLC

We are currently seeking experienced Commercial HVAC Technicians for long-term work on commercial and industrial projects. We are looking for dependable technicians with strong troubleshooting skills and experience servicing a wide range of commercial HVAC systems.

Responsibilities:
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC equipment
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine service calls
• Service rooftop units, split systems, package units, boilers, chillers, and air handlers
• Hang, form, assemble, and install sheet metal ductwork
• Install and modify duct systems, fittings, dampers, and ventilation components
• Work extensively with commercial duct installation and layout
• Inspect and test HVAC systems for proper operation and efficiency
• Replace motors, belts, compressors, contactors, filters, thermostats, and other components
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams
• Perform startup and shutdown procedures on HVAC equipment
• Check refrigerant levels and identify leaks
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation
• Ensure company tools, vehicle, and equipment are properly maintained
• Communicate professionally with customers and project managers
• Follow all safety procedures and jobsite requirements

Qualifications:
• Commercial HVAC experience required
• Experience with ductwork and sheet metal installation required
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• EPA certification preferred
• Experience with RTUs, chillers, boilers, and control systems preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required
• Must be able to pass drug screen and background check
