We respect the customer and their home, we deliver what we promise, and we clean up.Key Responsibilities:Prep and install the flooring in steps according to company's procedures with high attention to detail and careKeep tools organized and clean and maintain a safe and clean work environmentUnderstanding the scope of work of the project before you get there and familiarize yourself with the project fileResponsible to properly handle company machinery and power toolsKnowledge of units of measurement and able to complete simple math calculationsInteract with customers in a friendly and polite manner, must be trustworthy and comfortable in a customers homeEnsure high quality company standards are met every timeWork to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with every aspect of the jobJob requires travel throughout the weekQualifications:5 years in flooring installationValid drivers license and functioning vehicleAbility to pass a background checkAbility to lift 50 - 75 lbs repeatedlyThe position requires repetitive crouching, squatting, standing, walking and liftingThis position travels to various work locations throughout the week
