Job DescriptionCommercial Lines Assistant Account ManagerJob SummarySeeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Assistant Account Manager to join a dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth working closely with two experienced Account Managers on a diverse portfolio of complex accounts including Commercial Residential Habitational and Heavy Condos. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn grow and contribute to the success of the organization.Compensation PackageBase Salary: $65000 - $75000 (with up to 10% flexibility potentially more for the right candidate)Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including 401(k)ResponsibilitiesProvide support to two Account Managers in managing a book of business focused on Commercial Real Estate Habitational and Heavy Condos.Assist with quoting new and renewal business.Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and accurate processing of policies and endorsements.Maintain and update client files and documentation.Communicate effectively with clients carriers and internal teams to address inquiries and resolve issues.Contribute to the overall efficiency and success of the department by taking on additional tasks as needed.Qualifications/RequirementsLicenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.Experience: Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience preferred.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems.A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.#LI-AK2Required Experience:Manager Key Skills Building Construction,Logistics & Procurement,Account Management,Communication,Client Services,Jboss Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
