With 200 offices across North America we combine the personalized service model of a local consultant with the global resources of the worlds leading professional services firm Marsh McLennan (NYSE: MMC).A day in the life.As our Marketing Analyst on the Commercial Lines team youll support Producers Marketing Account Executives Marketing Specialists Client Account Executives and other team members in the preparation for and execution of marketing and placement of insurance coverages with carriers on both new and renewal business. Youll do this by quoting/rating various programs for multiple insurance carriers compare coverages terms and conditions of quotes creating and transmitting submissions to carriers preparing proposals processing binder request and build and grow relationships with clients carrier representatives and teammates.Our future colleague.Wed love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:High School Diploma or equivalent education Relevant insurance industry education training or experience Property and Casualty insurance license Basic insurance knowledge with a strong desire to learn and achieve insurance designations such as Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AAI) INS Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) (Certified Risk Manager) CRM Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU)) or equivalentStrong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive business relationships with clients marketThese additional qualifications are a plus but not required to apply:College degree or equivalent education and/or experienceInsurance industry certifications in addition to necessary licenseSignificant prior insurance industry experience and knowledge of carriers and marketsWe know there are excellent candidates who might not check all of these boxes.
