Job DescriptionCommercial Lines Account ManagerJob SummarySeeking a highly skilled and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This is a full-time onsite position with working hours from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday with a one-hour lunch break. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial lines insurance a minimum of five years of experience and proficiency in AMS360 software. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse portfolio of accounts including small middle and large businesses across various industries.Compensation PackageAnnual Base Salary: $50000 - $75000 (commensurate with experience)Bonus OpportunitiesBenefits Include:Health Insurance (including vision coverage)ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts including small middle and large businesses.Quote new and renewal business.Provide exceptional customer service to clients addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management and client satisfaction.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in AMS360 software.Support the agencys generalist approach while also working with niche accounts including Non-Profits Fraternal Organizations HOAs the Auto Industry and Education sectors.Qualifications/RequirementsExperience: Minimum of 5 years in commercial lines insurance.Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is required.Licenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.#LI-CS1Required Experience:Manager Key Skills Administration,Facilities Management,Advocacy,Aerospace,Cloud Computing,Back Office Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
