The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial account management excellent communication skills and a passion for providing outstanding service.Compensation PackageSalary: $50000 - $58000 annually401(k): YesComprehensive benefits packageResponsibilitiesManage a high-volume book of commercial insurance business ensuring timely and accurate completion of all tasks.Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing exceptional service advocacy and professional communication.Handle renewals service requests claims billing and new policies.Maintain a thorough understanding of market trends underwriting guidelines and submission procedures.Review applications policies endorsements and audits for accuracy.Coordinate expiration lists with the department manager to obtain renewal business information.Qualifications/RequirementsBachelors degree or equivalent work experience (preferred).Minimum of three years of experience in Commercial Account Management.Active Property & Casualty License (required).Valid drivers license and insurance (required).Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).Experience with Applied/Epic or similar agency management software (preferred).Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to actively listen and problem-solve independently.Self-motivated driven and able to work both independently and collaboratively.Professional demeanor and positive attitude.#LI-MB6Required Experience:Manager Key Skills Administration,Facilities Management,Advocacy,Aerospace,Cloud Computing,Back Office Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Yearly Salary Salary: 50000 - 58000
