Job DescriptionCommercial Lines Account Manager (CLAM)Job SummarySeeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager (CLAM) to join a team. This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to contribute to the growth and success of a national brokerage firm. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in servicing and marketing middle-market accounts and a passion for delivering exceptional client service. This position offers a hybrid work schedule with three days in the office and two days remote.Compensation PackageSalary Range: $70000 - $80000 annuallyBenefits: Comprehensive benefits package including a 401(k) plan (details to be provided during the interview process)Work Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in-office 2 days remote)ResponsibilitiesProvide exceptional service to middle-market accounts ensuring client satisfaction and retention.Handle marketing efforts for new and renewal business.Collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs and achieve organizational goals.Utilize EPIC software for account management and documentation.Maintain a high level of professionalism and expertise in all client interactions.Qualifications/RequirementsLicenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.Experience: Previous experience in servicing and marketing middle-market accounts is essential.Software Skills: Proficiency in EPIC software is preferred but not required.Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment.#LI-KR1Required Experience:Manager Key Skills Administration,Facilities Management,Advocacy,Aerospace,Cloud Computing,Back Office Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Yearly Salary Salary: 70000 - 80000
