Job DescriptionCommercial Lines Account ManagerLocation: Lansdale PA (Hybrid)Compensation: $60000 $85000 (based on experience)OverviewA growing independent insurance agency is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager (CLAM) to support a generalist commercial book of business. This role focuses on full-cycle servicing (AZ) and is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented adaptable and comfortable supporting accounts.The position joins a collaborative Commercial Lines team and reports directly to senior leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesManage a generalist commercial lines book from AZHandle policy renewals endorsements certificates audits and carrier interactionsService middle-market accountsSupport renewal activity (approximately 90% renewals / 10% new business)Maintain accurate documentation and workflows within the AMSPartner closely with producers and internal teams to support client needsEnsure accuracy follow-through and timely servicing across all accountsQualificationsActive Property & Casualty (P&C) license3-5 years of experienceIdeally experience servicing a generalist commercial bookExperience with middle-market accounts is a plus#LI-NK1Required Experience:Manager Key Skills Administration,Facilities Management,Advocacy,Aerospace,Cloud Computing,Back Office Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
