This role is ideal for an attorney who is looking to take on increased responsibility and develop their litigation skillset in a dynamic practice. Responsibilities: Handle all aspects of commercial litigation matters Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda Manage and respond to written discovery Conduct legal research and case analysis Participate in depositions, hearings, and trial preparation Work both independently and collaboratively with senior attorneys Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school Active license to practice law in Missouri (required) 3-6 years of experience in commercial/business litigation Experience in state and/or federal court Strong research, writing, and analytical skills Ability to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines Deposition experience is a plus, but not required Interested in hearing more?
