This position is ideal for a driven attorney who is eager to work on sophisticated litigation matters for a diverse client base while developing strong courtroom, writing, and strategic skills within a collaborative and well-respected law firm. The Associate will work closely with partners and senior attorneys on a wide range of complex commercial disputes and will be given meaningful responsibility and opportunities for professional growth. Key Responsibilities Represent clients in complex commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and substantive legal memoranda Conduct legal research and analysis on varied and evolving legal issues Manage written discovery, including drafting responses and reviewing productions Take and defend depositions and assist with expert discovery Prepare for and participate in hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials Communicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and co-counsel Assist with case strategy, evaluation, and litigation management Collaborate with attorneys across national platform as needed Practice Areas May Include Business and contract disputes Real estate and construction litigation Financial services and banking disputes Professional liability Employment-related commercial matters Class actions and complex business litigation Qualifications J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school 2-4 years of commercial or complex litigation experience Admission to the Nevada State Bar (or ability to become admitted promptly) Experience drafting dispositive motions and handling discovery independently Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills Excellent organizational and time-management abilities Ability to handle multiple matters and meet competing deadlines Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused mindset Trial or arbitration experience is a plus, but not required Interested in hearing more?
