Representing clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations. Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation. Developing effective litigation strategies to resolve business disputes. Providing legal advice on antitrust laws, securities issues, business torts, and breach of fiduciary duty. Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry trends that may impact clients. Collaborating with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure seamless case management.Qualifications: Juris Doctorate (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school. Admission to the Texas State Bar. 3+ years of experience in commercial litigation. Proven experience in drafting pleadings and motions. Excellent negotiation, research, and communication skills. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High degree of professional ethics and integrity.Interested in hearing more?
