Competitive compensation No firm billable requirement Generous billable bonus plan up to an additional $45,% origination bonus Firm sponsored medical, dental, vision 401k with employer contribution Job Details The Commercial Litigation Attorney will be responsible for handling commercial litigation cases in the real estate/construction industry, including commercial lease disputes, construction lien disputes, construction project delays, owner/general contractor disputes, shareholder disputes, and real estate transaction litigation. Qualifications Admission to practice in New Jersey (bonus points for Pennsylvania and/or New York). 5+ years of litigation experience. Ability to take the lead on depositions, dispositive motion arguments, and conferences. Trial experience is a plus but not required. Interested in hearing more?
