Compensation:
- This is a full-time, hourly position
- The rate of pay is dependent on experience ($23-$30/hr)
- Overtime-Eligible
- Benefits Eligible: 65% paid family health insurance, dental, paid life insurance, paid short & long-term disability, FSA, dependent care benefits, 401k with company match, and paid time off
Requirements:
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Has minimum 2 years painting experience
- Ability to communicate in English
- OSHA 10 or willingness to get
- Reliable transportation
- Smartphone or mobile device
- Ability to lift 25 lbs., climb ladders
- This position reports to Kaloutas Project Foreman
Expectations:
- Consistently arrives to jobsite on-time
- Experience in commercial painting
- Brings own tools to job site
- Treats co-workers with respect
- Completes timesheet every Friday
- Checks phone and returns calls and emails within 24 hours
- Completes all required safety training
- Great attitude, likes to work hard
