Position SummaryJob Description SummaryThe Commercial Loan Post Closing Review Specialist is part of the Post Closing Team in the Commercial Bank Service Support Department. This position is responsible for maintaining and imaging documents as related to Commercial loans.Duties & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for all aspects of document imaging into the Bank's imaging system for theCommercial Lending DivisionPerform quality control checks on imaged documentsCorrect errors to document placeholders, dates, and descriptionsServe as primary guardian of the Bank's vault that houses Commercial loan files for the Commercial Lending DivisionMaintain up to date paper files containing original documents received from all regionsTrack and send paper files to appropriate location when applicableEnsure vault is closed and secured at end of each day/complying with privacy policies and procedures to maintain customer confidentiality and informationDaily monitoring of the Post Closing Department mailboxSupport Commercial service support and branch personnel with document inquiries, issues, and/or borrower requests, as necessaryComply with all federal, state, and local regulatory rules and regulations governing financial institutions, as well as company policies and proceduresAssist in special projects and other duties as assignedEducation & ExperienceKnowledge of:Strong oral and written communication skillsStrong organizational skillsAbility to:Multi-task and work independentlyPerform duties and make decisions under frequent time pressuresEducation and Training:Requires High School diplomaRequires knowledge of Microsoft OfficeCompensation and BenefitsSalary offered is based on factors, including but not limited to, the job duties, required qualifications and relevant experience, and local market trends.
