Job Details

Job Requirements:

Highly organized with well-developed time management and prioritization skills
Proven ability to develop, maintain, and manage complex project schedules and critical path activities
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience coordinating across internal teams and external stakeholders, including architects, engineers, design consultants, subcontractors, equipment vendors, and regulatory agencies
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to plan effectively, multitask, and manage multiple projects concurrently
Proven capability to supervise, lead, and guide construction teams through successful project completion
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field required, with 5-10 years of commercial construction experience
