Commercial Real Estate Transactions Attorney at Marshall Graham

An excellent law firm with an international reach is seeking a Real Estate and Transactions Attorney to join its firm. Interested in attorneys with 4 or more years of experience. The ideal attorney will possess the ability to understand the clients business objectives and incorporate those objectives into and project those objectives in appropriate transaction documents. Must have exposure to public companies blue-chip developers national banks and other sophisticated business clients in complex real estate and corporate transactions. Must have at least 3 years of law securitization syndication participation in commercial mortgage construction and mezzanine loans. Exposure to the representation of commercial real estate developers owner/operators and borrowers is a plus firm experience representing entities involved in various commercial real estate and business transactions including real estate purchases and leases construction contracting and financing.
