This role includes both commercial and residential locations with residential duties involving daily housekeeping laundry and dishes. The ideal candidate takes pride in creating spotless comfortable environments and enjoys variety in their workday.Key Responsibilities:Clean and maintain commercial and residential interiorsPerform daily housekeeping tasks including dusting mopping vacuuming and sanitizingHandle laundry dishes and general tidying at residential sitesMaintain cleaning supplies and equipmentEmpty trash clean restrooms and restock essentialsReport maintenance or property issues promptlyEnsure all spaces reflect the professionalism and standards of the companyQualifications:Clean background check requiredPrior housekeeping or commercial cleaning experience requiredStrong attention to detail and pride in quality workValid Drivers license and clean driving recordAbility to work independently and stay organizedDependable trustworthy and professional attitudeSchedule:Full-time 40 hours per weekConsistent weekday schedule with some flexibility as neededWhy Join Us:Be part of an established Gainesville-based company that values quality reliability and a strong work ethic.
