You’ll install rolling and sectional doors, dock equipment, and operators that keep businesses running. If you like solving problems, working with tools, and taking pride in what you build, keep reading.______________________________________________________________________________What You’ll Do (aka your day-to-day):          Install commercial doors, operators, and dock gear like a proDouble-check site conditions to make sure everything’s safe and readyTalk with superintendents, managers, or building owners, no guesswork hereHandle some light framing or adjustments when neededKeep your truck stocked and tools ready to rollRead blueprints, diagrams, and tape measures like a bossTake safety seriously; toolbox talks are part of the gigKeep the team updated on progress, issues, or when something’s in your way______________________________________________________________________________What We’re Looking For:1+ year of installation or construction experienceHigh school diploma or GEDValid driver’s license with a clean record (no DUIs, <3 points)Can lift up to 100 lbs and work at heightsComfortable working outside in the elementsKnow your way around a tape measure and some basic mathCan pass a drug screen and background checkWilling to learn and grow with a team that’s got your back______________________________________________________________________________Compensation & Benefits $20.00–$41.50/hr, depending on your experience Weekly pay + guaranteed 40 hours (with overtime available!)Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage401(k) with company matchPaid training and room to grow as we promote from within______________________________________________________________________________Why McKee?Because we do great work with great people.
