What You'll Be Doing: Build and grow a national book of commercial roofing business Sell re-roof, service, and maintenance contracts Develop relationships with owners, developers, property managers, and GCs Drive both new business and repeat client revenue Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting to close What We're Looking For: 5+ years of commercial roofing sales experience Proven track record of $3M-$10M+ annual production Strong existing network in commercial real estate / construction Experience with systems like TPO, PVC, EPDM, coatings, etc. Highly self-motivated, competitive, and results-driven Willingness to travel as needed for national accounts Compensation: Base salary / draw: $100K-$150K+ Aggressive commission structure tied to performance $300K+ earning potential for true producers This is not an entry-level role.
