Job: Commercial Sales Executive Location: Davie FL Job Description: We are seeking qualified a commercial sales executive candidates for its South-eastern Florida locations. We have an immediate need for a skilled sales professional to sell our Life Safety Fire Solutions & Security product lines. Responsibilities: Track and follow-up on leads for existing and prospective customers Build upon and strengthen existing customer relationships Negotiate and properly execute sales contracts according to company procedures Prospect for customers through cold calling canvassing networking research and retention calls Perform security consultations to customers that include design estimating developing scope of work and closing. Collaborate with our existing team and supporting cast Understand and keep up to date with industry product knowledge We are looking for motivated individuals who can generate new customer relationships and work with existing customers. Our existing client base provides a steady flow of warm leads and opportunities to build upon. Qualification: Minimum of two years experience selling life safety fire alarm systems and/or integrated security systems Experience handling B2B sales and development of business relationships Possess an understanding of how to estimate projects to include labor materials and job related expenses Adequate computer skills to develop proposals utilize CRM software and knowledge of Microsoft office applications Experience interpreting architectural mechanical and electrical drawings/plans and performing take offs Ability to construct and submit bids and related bid documents Experience working with general contractors and electrical contractors is a plus Ability to follow up and handle company leads while prospecting for new commercial clients Ability to perform site surveys Valid Drivers license Key Skills Logistics & Procurement,Communication,ABB,Client Services,Lorry Driving,Document Management Employment Type : Full Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1
