We are expanding our Commercial/Fleet Sales team and seeking a motivated relationship-driven professional to help grow our commercial footprint.Position Overview:The Commercial Automotive Sales Representative will develop new business accounts nurture existing commercial relationships and provide customized Ford vehicle and fleet solutions to support the needs of local businesses. This role represents Landmark Ford with integrity expertise and a commitment to helping customers find the right vehicle solutions for their operations.Key Responsibilities:Identify and secure new commercial accounts through prospecting outreach and networking in the local business communityBuild and manage long-term relationships with commercial and fleet customersConduct comprehensive needs analysis to recommend appropriate Ford vehicles upfits and financing optionsPrepare accurate proposals quotes and presentations for business clientsMaintain in-depth knowledge of Ford Commercial Vehicles including Transit Super Duty F-Series and fleet incentive programsCoordinate smoothly with internal team finance service parts and fleet managementto ensure a seamless customer experienceAchieve monthly and quarterly commercial sales goals set by Landmark Ford EastQualifications:Prior experience in automotive sales commercial/fleet sales or B2B sales is strongly preferredStrong interpersonal communication and negotiation skillsProven ability to build and maintain long-term business relationshipsHighly self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilitiesAbility to handle multiple accounts and prioritize client needsValid drivers license with a clean driving recordWhat Landmark Ford East Offers:Generous commission structure and bonuses $90000 - $120000 annuallyAccess to an extensive commercial vehicle inventory including Ford fleet and upfitted vehicle optionsOngoing Ford and Landmark training programsHealth dental vision & life insurance401k retirement plan with company matchPaid Time Off and paid vacationEmployee dicountsSupportive and established team environment with opportunities for career advancementLandmark Automotive Group is a safe drug-free workplace culture.
