This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven commercial real estate expert to grow market share and build meaningful client relationships in the Boston real estate market. Candidate ProfileJD or paralegal certificate is required2–5 years of substantive commercial real estate transactional experience in a law firm settingStrong knowledge of commercial real estate law, including federal and state title insurance regulationsExperience with sales database systems (Salesforce or similar) and social media as tools to manage and expand client relationshipsQualifications:High energy, persistence, and accountability for resultsPROFESSIONAL IN ALL ASPECTS (APPEARANCE, DEMEANOR, PRESENTATION, ETC.)Familiarity with the title insurance industry strongly preferredDeep understanding of the sales cycle and a drive for achieving revenue targetsStrong ability to adapt strategy to changing market conditionsExcellent relationship-building and communication skills with clients at all levels, in-person and virtuallyExcellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex real estate transactionsValid driver’s license required for territory travel Key ResponsibilitiesServe as a direct point of contact for clients regarding commercial real estate transactional mattersConduct market research to compile targeted lead lists and execute structured outreach plansDevelop and maintain a commercial client base by identifying and securing new business, while strengthening existing client relationshipsEngage with law firm clients and real estate agents, brokers, and lenders through calls, in-person meetings, and virtual presentationsAssess individual client needs and objectives to deliver compelling, tailored presentations Maintain strong visibility in the Boston commercial real estate market by attending networking events and industry functions Why Join Us?Become part of a dynamic team at an inclusive company that truly values its employees.
