This position is ideal for a motivated individual with strong organizational and interpersonal skills who is eager to develop their career in the insurance industry.Compensation PackageBase Salary: $46000 - $50000 annuallyCSR Bonus: $4000 - $5000End-of-Year Bonus: $5000Profit Sharing: $1000 - $2500 (dependent on company performance)Holiday Bonus: $400 - $500ResponsibilitiesAssist with overall Commercial Lines Account Management duties under the guidance of senior team members.Support quoting and renewal processes for new and existing business.Prepare proposals and assist in converting sales opportunities.Utilize Partner XE software and carrier websites for account management tasks.Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.Organize and manage account documentation and ensure accuracy in all processes.Qualifications/RequirementsLicenses/Certifications: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.Experience: At least 1 year of relevant experience preferred but not required.Technical Skills: Proficiency in computer systems and software including Partner XE is preferred.Soft Skills:Strong interpersonal and communication skills (People Person).Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.Tech-savvy and comfortable using various software platforms.#LI-ME1Required Experience:Manager Key Skills Administration,Facilities Management,Advocacy,Aerospace,Cloud Computing,Back Office Employment Type : Full-Time Experience: years Vacancy: 1 Monthly Salary Salary: 4000 - 5000
