Job TitleCommission AnalystJob DescriptionJoin our Sales Planning & Compensation team and make an impact! In this role youll design and manage critical processes and tools for sales planning commissions and performance reporting across multiple sales organizations. Youll also optimize workflows to ensure accurate timely commission executionhelping drive efficiency and success across the business.Your role:Ensure accurate and compliant compensation payments by understanding compensation plans and collaborating with sales management and other teams to verify sales data.Handle monthly and quarterly sales compensation reconciliations using Excel and other tools.Resolve compensation disputes and manage issue escalations with stakeholders.Support compensation audit deliverables.Maintain and improve the compensation process and systems including testing new plan implementations.Youre the right fit if: You have 7 years of relevant experience with no degree or 3 years of relevant experience with a bachelors degree or 1 years of relevant experience with a masters degree.You have 3 years of sales analytics experience with the ability to perform complex analysis.You have 3 years of advanced Excel (v-lookups pivots etc.)You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this position.You have 3 years of experience using the following tools: SAP One BI Power BI Anaplan and Salesforce.How we work togetherWe believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities.
