Commissioning Engineer at Synerfac

Our client in Columbus MS is seeking a Commissioning Engineer to join the teamDuties:- Receive assignments from the technical lead and provide regular status updates.- Conduct thorough testing of automation equipment and critical systems including electrical network IO drives and motors.- Troubleshoot complex circuits using schematics DMM scope meters and hand tools.- Test and diagnose Drive PLC and IO communication issues.- Collaborate with technical leads and customers to update and execute the commissioning plan.- Assist in the development and improvement of the commissioning process.- Identify and resolve technical issues during testing working closely with engineering teams.- Ensure quality safety and regulatory compliance throughout all commissioning activities.Requirements:- Bachelors Degree in Engineering.- 5 years in industrial automation.- Strong knowledge of motors drives and troubleshooting.- Experience with PLC programming/configuration (Allen Bradley Siemens GE) and drives (Siemens ABB Allen Bradley) is a plus.- Industrial electrical experience preferred.- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word Excel Visio).- Excellent problem-solving troubleshooting and organizational skills.- Strong written and verbal communication; effective customer interaction.- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.- Team-oriented professional and ethical.- Eagerness to learn train and improve technical skills.
