If you bring strong analytical skills commissions experience and want to make an impact in a growing organization this role could be the perfect fit for you!ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESCalculate commissions and bonuses for semi-monthly payrollAnswer employee questions related to commission and bonus calculationsManage commission reporting system to maintain accuracy and increase efficiencyReconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account informationAssist cross functional groups with questions pertaining to commission contractsPrepare reports relating to commissions and current loan pipeline for external agenciesPrepare special financial reports by collecting analyzing and summarizing account information and trendsComplete assigned functions related to Monthly GL close including but not limited to preparing and posting adjusting entries preparing management reports and analyzing close totalsPrepare corporate account reconciliations for escrows payables first payments and prepaids.ADDITIONAL DUTIES:Complete any additional duties assigned by managementComplete regulatory and compliance training asrequiredAssist WMC employees and departments as neededEDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:BachelorsDegree in Accounting or Financeisrequired.COMPUTER SKILLS:Advanced knowledge of inCompenSafeis preferred.QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge skill and ability be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Individuals in this position shall not engage in loan originationduring the course ofhis/her employment with WMC.
