Shift/Schedule Requirements: Ability to work various shifts and days including nights, weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs.

Positions are currently available for those who are 18 or older.
Responsibilities:
As a part of the Carowinds Dispatch team, y our daily assigned duties would be as follows :
- Dispatch all routine and emergency traffic for assigned channels, including police/security and all first aid and fire department calls.
- Monitor weather radar and lightning detector and advise appropriate units of weather conditions as directed by management.
- Complete detailed reports before the end of scheduled shift on incidents occurring on the property.
- Perform multiple tasks simultaneously with accuracy and efficiency.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications:
- Park experience OR dispatch experience.
- Ability to pass a background check, which may include, but is not limited t o criminal, DMV, previous employment, education, and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays, and open availability.
- Driver's license required .
$35k is below typical pay for Public Relations Specialists nationally
