They manage a team of technicians, ensuring that all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to the required standards. This role involves coordinating field activities, troubleshooting complex issues, and maintaining accurate records of all operations. The supervisor also ensures compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and quality standards, while providing leadership, training, and support to their team. Additionally, they may liaise with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals are met and to address any concerns that arise in the field.Core Duties & ResponsibilitiesPrioritize safety in all tasks and comply with company and client safety protocolsChampion EnerStar Core Values in all professional activitiesTechnical Lead and daily operationCustomer support for technical issues with housing, satellite, internet, cameras, and other communications equipmentAssist in new business development; Interface with other EnerStar management in Power Gen, Housing, Trucking, Head OfficeInterface with Engineering group for R&D, site demonstrations, new technology deploymentAdditional responsibilities: as identified and assignedUse SW tools to keep track of team hours, vacations, and inventoryAssist technicians with installation, testing and troubleshooting issuesWork with vendors to keep equipment maintained up to date and in good repairOversee, support and train communications techniciansAbility to work in the field as neededWork with internal Housing and Power generation groups to schedule and dispatch communications technicians to jobsites as neededResponsibility to support and maintain and stock Communications equipment and consumables Oversee and help develop LTE, Satellite, Remote monitor solutions and technologyKeep upper management informed of Communications Group activitiesParticipate in other relevant tasks as assignedTravel: The individual in this role should be able and willing to travel as required by EnerStar Solutions.Job Demands /EnvironmentPhysical Requirements:This position involves frequent lifting (must be able to lift 50 pounds), bending, climbing, walking, standing for extended periods, and working in confined spaces. Candidates must have the physical ability to safely perform these tasks.Medical Fitness:Due to the nature of the work and safety protocols, candidates must be medically fit to handle physically demanding tasks and work in varying environmental conditions.
