Together we are building a better world so we can all enjoy living in it.What You Will Do:Streamline communication workflows to boost efficiency and ensure consistent messagingTrack and analyze metrics to measure impact and guide improvementsDesign graphics and videos to drive engagement in campaignsCreate and manage content across employee platforms aligning with brand voiceDevelop and share key updates through written messages presentations and other materialsContinuously enhance communication tools and practices for process excellencePartner with HR EHS and business leaders to communicate strategies that grow leadership foster inclusion and deepen business understandingWork with the communications team to deliver compelling stories through written visual and verbal channelsWhat You Have:Education/Experience:Bachelors degree in communicationsJournalismMarketingor5 years ofequivalent experience in corporate communicationsInternal Communications:Experience managing internal communication tools and channelsproducingand distributing content such as newsletters campaigns and change communicationsPlanning and Organizing:Strong organizational skills with the ability to plan prioritize and execute multiple projects independently and with urgency; skilled at simplifying complex ideasanticipatingstakeholder needs and adjusting messaging to drive clarity and alignmentCommunicating for Impact: Knowledge ofconcepts tools and techniques for effective listening and communicating; ability to apply these theories to receivetransmitand accurately interpret information and ideas to influence others in various situationsMultimedia Technologies: Knowledge of multimedia publishing technologies and procedures; ability to use installedaudio visual and animation software tools to produce multimedia publications.Copywriting and Editing: Knowledge of copywriting and editing; ability to write review and edit texts anddocuments to promote marketing.Successful Candidates Will Also Have:Demonstrated experience in creating visually compelling graphics andpresentation materialsExperience translating complex business concepts and data into clear compelling narrativesBackground in engaging advising and collaborating with senior leaders and stakeholdersAbility to analyze data derive insights and translate findings into actionable recommendationsAdditional Info:The primary location for this position is Houston TXDomestic relocationassistanceis available for those who qualifySponsorship isnotavailableInternational and Domestic travel up to 5%Summary Pay Range:$95640.00 - $143520.00Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors job level market locationjob-related knowledge skills individual performance and experience.
